Minimum Price & reduction higher quantity

Hi,

I'm sorry if this has been covered somewhere else, but I need to know two different, but related things..

1) Can I can reduce the price of an item when someone buy more?..

i.e.

I want to set-up a cart on a wholesale clothing website where if they buy 25x hoodies the price is £25 each, however if they buy 100x of the same hoodies the price automatically reduces to £22 each... how can I do this?..

Also..

As part of the same cart (for the same hoodies) I also need to set up a minimum order, but still need to allow the customer to be able to chose how many they order...

i.e.

They need to be able to order 72x hoodies (or any random number) if they wish, BUT they CAN NOT order any less than 25x Hoodies..

How can I do this as well?..

many thanks in advance!..

(Sorry if these questions are dumb, i've not used ecart before!)
