If someone managed to solve the problem, PLEASE share with other users PowerGallery 2

I am also having the same problem. The PowerGallery 1.x worked perfectly. 2.0 PowerGallery bought the day it was released (Date: 08/27/2011 08:55 pm) and still can not use it. The same thing happens, the gallery I just created changes name (it appears a number), the images that I upload the admin PG did not appear and returns a message for me to upload images. I've applied the CHMOD 0755 and 0777 in all the folders but does not work. It deleted everything and started from scratch several times but to no avail. The WebAssist should spend attention on this issue because the product has a problem and what I see is just the phrase "I have created a support ticket so Can we look into this issue further queries.
To view and edit your support ticket, please log into your support history, "
If someone managed to solve the problem, please share with other users PowerGallery 2.0
The WebAssist should make and publish a correction in the download center for users.
thanks
