Map won't center on Default address properly

Hello;
In my last post, I was wondering how to make this work with a form. Well I have that working now. The only problem I am having is that the map is not centered on my default address in IE and there is no balloon with the address in it like there is supposed to be in any browser.

I believe the file that runs this part of the app is the one I am attaching, the wagmp_map_1.cfm file.

Can anyone help me get this to center properly? Also, when you run the search from teh form, it comes out over seas with the map view when I am around the corner.

I have tried the code from google to center the map onload, that isn't working, I get no map when I do that, I did find the line that needed to be changed. I also addred the exact coordinants in that part of the center script and still nothing, even tried the <div> tags for center.

How do I fix this?
