trouble modifying powerstore 2 nav bar

I'm having some trouble modifying the powerstore2 nav bar.

If you look at store/ it's not right.
> where does one change the #FFF color of the text so it can be seen?
> where is the assumed root located <?php echo($assumedRoot); ?>
the menu buttons don't go to the /store/ subdirectory correctly
in WA_Globals.php it should be correct at 'ruffdraftdesigns.com/store/'
... but apparently it isn't.

If you go to Products_Search.php
for example, you see there is some problem with a double background
behind the nav menu on all the other pages.
can I get a clue on what's up with this?

What I'd like best if possible is to go back to the menu look and style I got in PowerStore1 that looks like this: store1/

I can't get the PowerStore 2 menu bar to load in my CSSMenuWriter 2 ext.
It won't recognize it fully for some reason, so do I have to make a new menu?
