Power cms 2 can not find WARicheditor missing

In Power cms 2 when I hit the editor or add new content button I get this message;

"Warning: require_once(../HTMLEditor/WARichEditorPHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/21/2/60/115/2060604/user/2258709/htdocs/Chamber/test/powercms/admin/contents_update.php on line 3"

This is a new message that just started happening yesterday, it worked fined previously.
I looked in the folder and I can not find that file it is looking for? the is an htmlEditor folder but it only has a "custom" and an "editor" folder in it. with out this missing file I can not update my content. Please help.

Thank you
