Shipping not Working

Hi,

I have installed Powerstore 4 on my server and set up a range of products within the cms.
I also have a PayPal Express account set up which links to the store.
Now, the items go into the cart fine, they show in PayPal fine, but no matter what shipping options i set, no shipping is applied into the shopping cart nor the PayPal check out page.

Has anyone else ran into this problem using Powerstore 4.5?
Can someone please help!!!
