Sorry I still have to stand by my opinion that any number of things might cause a problem similar to this, and without looking at the code it would be impossible to debug.

My suggestion would be to give me the opportunity to look at the files and help you. I know that advice alone won't solve your problem, but in response to that advice you could complete the wizard and send me a URL for the completed page.

Then I can look at the page and debug the issue. Sorry if you don't like that course of action, but unfortunately I would still need to look at the files in order to tell you what is wrong with them.
