Several Questions RE: Checkout Wizard

Hi!
I deleted the previous checkout pages as you directed, reran the wizard. The wizard ran flawlessly, but I am encountering the following issues after upload:

1) Shipping USPS: All I need to do is set up an account with them? Use the UserID is the same as User Name when you set up the account, then replace the WA_eCart_USPS_PHP.php with the support fix?

, but it continues to maintain the fixed rate.

I could not find any other instruction, even on the USPS site...some direction would be good....actually any information would be good....

I believe I need some help here. Please let me know if you need additional info.

The other issues are not present at this time...

Thank you again!
