Two payment pathways combined?

Hi,

I want to give clients the option to pay either by cash or give them the option to prepay by credit card or paypal using paypal standard.

Can I run the ecart 5 wizard twice on the same page, once with no payment gateway, so they can pay cash on the day of the activity but I send them a receipt and I receive a booking email.

Then run the wizard again using the paypal standard with creditcard option on the same page.

I realise I would have to have two separate buttons one for each option but would I need to it use different shopping carts on different pages?

Look forward to your reply
