Site Sculptor crashing with Javascript error upon Build Site command

Setup: MacBook Pro, OS X, Dreamweaver CS4...

Hi folks,

Site Sculptor keeps crashing on me as I get to the final build stage of putting together a site. Upon pressing the finish button it seems to get most of the way through (99% completed), compiles a whole pile of the expected folders and files and then crashes with:

"JS Error:
code has no properties
filename: Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Commands:wa_sitesculptor_quickinsert.js
lineno: 364
While executing onClick in wa_sitesculptor_quickinsert.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 364 of file "Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Commands:wa_sitesculptor_quickinsert.js":
code has no properties"

I have been through webassist's (confusing) support files for this and related products (Menu Writer, CSS Sculptor) a gazillion times, trawled the forums, googled, binged, uninstalled & re-installed Site Sculptor, deleted .dat cache, turned it off & on again, screamed, cried and still I can't get the darn thing to work.

I've done it so many times trying every combination of options with my template, your menus, my menus, I could now do it in my sleep... but can never get it to build the full site.

BTW (I'm pretty confident this is relevant), I do note in the .php files that it does manage to write before crashing, where the Menu Writer code should be, it just says, in text: [menu]

After 7 days of 10-14 hours (seriously) of trying, I am absolutely & completely stumped as to what is causing this. I have used Site Sculptor before to create a site (always been a bit confusing with instructions), but I've never had a problem like this, that I just can not resolve.

Suggestions, ideas, prayers? Any help would be appreciated...

p.s. It would be super useful to so many people if one of your wizards could take a morning and just screen record themselves putting together a site using a 'user created template'.

It would be sooo useful to 'see' someone running through the procedure, showing the required workflow i.e. create your original page with CSS Sculptor (home / content), save the page as a template (with the minimum 3 editable regions), delete the other files, and then use that template in conjunction with the previously created Menu Writer Menu Contents & Themes, to create your Site Design, which you can then run through the Site Sculptor Build Site function.
