Add 'Known Issues' To Download Packages & Support Pages
Can I suggest and request that WebAssist add a 'Known Issues' file to downloads and product support pages? Between service releases, these could also be updated and appended with 'known fixes'!
Then, your highly valued Customers wouldn't have to spend hours trawling through the forums looking for fixes - trying to guess which release of a product a forum-posted solution is actually referring to.
