1.make sure the localhost connection is selected.
where can i hard code that in ? when i try to use the site settings "wizard", it keeps building that folder outside of my cms folder instead of inside like it always has been

2.on the security tab, make sure the Administrator account is used for the Allow Access to option,
there is no option for this in the wizard, how/where do i edit the code for the security assist features already in cms102

3.Delete the existing HTML Editor instance on the page
do i delete all of this?
