Registration Form build error

I am trying to put some radion buttons in the registration form generated by Security Assist so some simple yes/no questions can be answered during the registration process. While in the "Form Validations and Field Settings" section if I change the "Display As" setting to radio I get the following error massage:

TypeError:fieldObj has no properties
