contact forms stopped working on sites

I've been using your Contact form on several sites for a couple of years now with no problem. All of a sudden this week all of my forms stopped working. Here is my site as an example: contactus.php

Here's the thing - it's working fine on a site on a different host/site. But on 3 sites I have on the same host they just stopped working. So for 2.5 days I have been going back and forth with my host and they say nothing is wrong on their end.

I'm going crazy.

NO errors
It redirects to the thankyou.php

NO emails are received

I tried this sessionTest.php and I don't see any problems

Can anybody help please?
