INSERT/UPDATE forms with image upload and resize?

INSERT/UPDATE forms with image upload and resize?

I'm looking for a tool that will, via one form (INSERT or UPDATE), allow a user to add/edit data to a database but will also allow them to select an image from their local system, upload it to a pre-determined directory on a web server and also resize the image to a set dimension. It would also upload the image file name to a field in the database table.

Kind of like a tool to allow someone to blog on their own website, with the inclusion of images, via integration with a database table.

Do WebAssist offer anything along these lines?
