Getting Started With Dropdowns

I need to set up a search form for an online directory that will allow a user to search for a service from a particular county ('state' in usa) located in a particular country.

For example,

Find all Photographers (service) from Kent (county) in England (country).

I would like it so that I could use the Dynamic Dropdowns extension so that in the 1st dropdown it has Services, the 2nd has the countries England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Once, for example, England is selected only the English counties are displayed in the 3rd dropdown, eg. Kent, London, Essex etc.

Does this mean I need 3 MySQL tables - Services, Countries and Counties??

From this, where and how are the results displayed? I'd like to be able to display them on the same page rather than a new search results page as such.

A bit new to this as I have not used Dynamic Dropdowns yet.
