Then add content regions to that page.
Then create a page to display those content regions. Since it is based on a template you will be able to create "copies" of that page and editable regions from within the admin area.
Each copy can then be referenced as a separate page. If you aren't a developer, this may be difficult to pull off on your own. I'd suggest signing up for a premium support incident and one of our engineers can walk you through this in a half hour session.
