Jason: If I read what you are saying correctly, as long as the network card stays enabled (even if there is no internet present) the products will live indefinitely. Well - at least until that network card (or computer) dies and/or gets replaced :) I have to turn off the network card when flying - so that is likely why I have encountered some of those issues I was mentioning.

Neilo: It's nice to see a long time user has the same concerns I have - and that you have addressed it yourself. Web Assist handled the closure of the "subscription library" very gracefully so it does not surprise me to hear Ray has made a promise like that.
