Error: The system has attempted to use an undefined value

Attempting to modify an existing textarea I had the errors below... to eliminate any problems caused by the actual page I was modifying I created a test page and inserted a test form... nothing on page except the new form... the same error occurs...

I then tried to create the the same test page on another web server to see if it was something to do with the dreamweaver extension... the tes worked fine and the editor loads without error.

The system has attempted to use an undefined value, which usually indicates a programming error, either in your code or some system code.
Null Pointers are another name for undefined values.
