On the login page, there will be a failed login error message, you can update this error message to include a link to the forgot password page.

When the user gets to the forgot password page, the will be prompted to enter an email address, depending on how you configured the wizard, they may also need to enter a Security code and security question, this should send them an email and redirect them to a page where they can reset their password.
