forgot password utility

Hi,

Does anyone know how the forgot password utility actually works in SA 2.0.2?

I'm testing live and it's not giving me a forgot password option. I used crypt for encryption through the wizard. The instructions don't seem to give insight...though they probably do and I just don't quite understand.

I'm getting no option for lost password nor any type of redirect or do I create my own? If so how? I tried a simple link to the forgotpassword.php - no go there...

Any idea's? I look at the list from Web Assist>Security Assist>Email Password and I don't know which one to use...if any...

The same thing happened with SHA1 through this version...so I don't know what to do to make this work...

Everything I have regarding Security Assist, Web Assist, and ECart is functioning correctly except a few things like this and I don't want to mess it up...

Much thanks!!
