eCart stuck on confirm.php

Hello, I can't get eCart to finish checking out. I've checked through the forums and I can't find anything to help me.

confirm.php

The order process starts with:
feature.php?ID=243

Clicking that takes you to the view.php (display cart)
On the view page you can start the the check-out process.

checkout.php seems to work fine
confirm.php gets hung up and will not progress to checkout_success.php

Data is not entered into the database or emailed.

I've attached the cart files and the Web Assist files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
