Accordian View Vertical Menu

I need to create a vertical menu with vertical sub-menus -- not unlike an accordian. That said I don't need the animation of a Spry-based accordian, just the presentation.

The sub-menu needs to be positioned below it's parent, and above the other level 1 items, not flyout to the right. They would be visible only on pages that are related to the parent menu item. I have the main menu created -- it will be placed on the section landing pages, and then when one of the items is selected a page from that group will be displayed showing the main menu and the sub-menu for that group.

Can I accomplish this with CSSMW??
