Server Error on Them Design Editor

Upon making edits to selected PowerStore design theme the design changes are not updating immediately or at all, fonts, images, colors and saves etc. Nothing changes and the following response error appears 500 Internal Server Error "The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log." When attempting save "publish" the server returns 500 Internal Server Error and only the number 0 appears on the page. O is a false, no?

Please advise, as the installation verified everything was installed correctly, and we attempted to re-load all the files and re-installed the installation.
