Persistent display error in all browsers

Looking through the forums it would seem this hasn't been commented on, but my apologies if I have missed a post.
I have completed removed and redone the map for a site several times but get a persistent error - the maps fail to open completely:

and similar display erros in FF and Opera.

I have used ProMaps on many different sites but this is the only one causing any difficulty....
