Log not being inserted

I have a number of universal email applications that I want to create a log entry.

As well as the normal log entry I also want each record to contain a set number and also a number from a recordset to link it to a user.

I have added the log request in the UE wizard and have included the specific number for the relevant column and also a recordset entry for another column.

I have done this for 8 different UE emails

None of the UE emails are generating a record.

I am not sure where the insert code is located as it isnt on the page that contains UE.

Any ideas why it may not be working?
