Thank you very much for your help with this.

Can the redirect be added after the sms script so the user will still be
directed to the thankyou.php page?

Also, the pages leading up to the contact form, I have mysql queries that fetch the catagory selection and locations from the database and display them in a do while loop then pass the variable to the following page based on the user selction. For the phone numers, I can fetch them from the database on the previous page the same way but how can that information be used to populate the dialstring array which is included in the script and not in the body of the page?

$dialstring = array(array("deliveryType" => 0, "destination" => "14805551212", "firstName" => "John", "lastName" => "Doe", "carrierId" => "19"),
array("deliveryType" => 0, "destination" => "14805551213", "firstName" => "Judy", "lastName" => "Doe", "carrierId" => "19"),
array("deliveryType" => 0, "destination" => "14805551214", "firstName" => "Test", "lastName" => "Doe", "carrierId" => "19"));

Just edited this post to include the question about creating the array of phone numbers to add to the sms script. Thanks.
