Delete Multiple Records in Repeating region

there are no form elements in the repeat region, the multiple delete behavior requires form data to process the delete.

however, i dont believe you need to use the multiple delete behavior, you say:

The records in the table that need to be deleted all have the same Requestnumber if this info helps at all.

why not use the single delete behavior and set it to use the Requestnumber column?
