when the pp_confirm page loads, the Get payer profile behavior is executed, if there is an error in retrieving the payer profile, the Get Payer Profile From Paypal Express Checkout will contain that error.

when the user clicks the confirm order button, the transaction is processed with paypal. If an error occurs while processing the transaction, the Process Transaction With Paypal Express Checkout binding group will have the error.
