Contact Form Not Sending On Windows Hosting

I wonder if you could help please.

I have been using the contact form PHP solution fine without any issues on a LUNIX web hosting solution (from godaddy.com) however when I try using the same setup on a Windows hosting solution (again from the same supplier) it fails to send the message.

I have been told by godaddy.com that the STMP routing is working fine on the server (if using their own supplied php forms) and that the relay host I have specified in the WA)GLOBALS.PHP file is correct so I am not sure what the problem is here.

Basically ...

jasonsargood2.activnetsolutions.info/contact-me.php works fine (LINUX)

jasonsargood1.activnetsolutions.com/contact-me.php - fails to send the email (Windows)

The only thing I can see different is that the thank you page that is loaded after I hit submit also includes the subdomain folder in the URL i.e.

jasonsargood1.activnetsolutions.com/jasonsargood1/thanks.html

Again not sure this is the issue here - just clutching at straws. I don't see this with the same website content / setup on the LINUX server.

I tried using BASE HREF in the contact-me.php file (as follows) but now get a parse error when I load the PHP form..

BASE HREF = "http://jasonsargood1.activnetsolutions.com/

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in D:\hosting\7787827\html\jasonsargood1\contact-me.php on line 31

Any help you could provide to get the contact form working would be much appreciated.

Cheers
Jason
