Is it possible integrate eCart with Amazon.com?

Is there a way to integrate the eCart shopping cart with Amazon.com's fulfillment backend system? In other words, after eCart has processed a customer payment (via a payment gateway), is there a way eCart can communicate with the Amazon.com fulfillment system to ship product to the enduser?

I believe Amazon.com does have a API for accessing this system. Does WebAssist have a 'solution recipe' for integrating these two systems?
