Jason,

The photo_101_1 is fine, thats what I would expect. However it isn't working that way.

For my testing, the actual file is capture.jpg

With the first form submit the file is saved as photo_101.jpg
With the 2nd form submit the file is saved as capture_1.jpg
With the 3rd form submit the file is saved as capture_2.jpg
