WAFV... error - Client Validation Wizard

I could use a little more specific's please...

  You should use server validation for validating a file field  


Should I select the (file) field from the lsit of form fields. I'm afraid I haven't yet got the hang of when to use Server, Session or Form variables. So the options under the lightning bolt make my head spin.

  on the first page of the wizard set the option If file exists: rename new.  


You don't mention what if anything to have in the Rename to:

Using the settings show in the attached image, only the first save uses my photo_101 prefix. Subsequent saves resort back to the flename_increment. I was shooting for photo_101_1, photo_101_2.
