help with ecart

Can you please help me.
I have set up my cart and it seems to be working ok . But three problems.

1. I am using Australia post for my shipping option and when i go through the shopping cart wizard i add in a dynamic length, width and height. But when i test it on my server it does not work. If i put n the length ,width , hieght in the shopping cart wizard as just numbers it works.

2. Cant find the area to change the unit to change cm , mm , m.

3. from the display manger page in my website that shows total, tax , shipping cost, ect i am having trouble with the shipping cost. after i go through the process of going through the confirm page then exit out of the browser i have a problem. The next time i log on to the website to buy a product the shipping cost from the old transaction is still left there in shipping colloum and total coloum. How do i stop this cost from showing up every time i go to the diplay manager page on my shopping cart.

many thanks for your time
mitch
