you need to have the category field for this to work.

you need to have a cart column to mark the items the discount should apply to.

you can use that column in the discount rules using the Items with a specific column value trigger.

for the SS2411 item, you will need to handle this one separately and create two rules, one to apply if the coupon code is set and the other to apply if the coupon code is not set.
