Captcha Image not Displaying

Hi i am encountering a problem with the captcha security graphic not displaying on the contact page of my site. It works perfectly on my testing server, however it does not display on the web.

I have allowed full read write permissions on the webassist/fonts folder in my hosting control centre and the .TTF file has uploaded within the fonts folder.

I cant understand why it is no longer displaying, it used to work perfectly. When right clicking on the missing image the following error message is displayed:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatetruecolor() in D:\Hosting\7445629\html\webassist\captcha\wavt_captchasecurityimages.php on line 89
