Power CMS Frustraction

Hi, I am having multiple issues with PowerCMS and would appreciate any help that I can get. I designed a website the way that I normally would for a client after decided to use the powerCMS for my client to be able to edit their website with. I have my own files, image folder and css file created.

1. Set Up Problems
a)My SQL Database: I don't have a connections folder which means I also don't have the localhost.php file. So my database isn't able to communicate

b)I can't figure out how to find my images

c)How do I use my own css file

2. Design: I am very confused, I thought I could just copy and paste my pages into the powerCMS program and have them work. After reading the startup guide I see that it says I have to make my own pages, put them into the cms, then get code and put that on the pages that I made in DW?

I'm sorry, I know this is a lot of questions but I haven't been able to find one thing to work properly (besides the installation)

Thank you very much for all of the help, I need it!
