Site Scuptor w/Power CMS - Edit Updating

Experiencing UPDATING issues within the admin_cms section of Power CMS.

After making a simple Heading change on a selected page, I clicked the UPDATE button to update the site with the new heading title. Instead, I received the following message in a call-out box right above the Content Location field.

Message = "This field accepts alphanumeric characters only."

The page will not complete the update to the site.

I also noticed that upon selecting a page to edit from the left column, before clicking the edit icon to open up a section of the page to make edits to, there is a message at the bottom of the window:
"Warning: mysql_free_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /complete path to root/public_html/SA1/admin_cms/common/load_content.php on line 125"

Please advise. Thank You - Les
