Refund requested
As I am flummoxed as to how to get my email address to import into the database and no one has been able to offer any assistance I have asked for a full refund as I am within the 15 day period. I really do think that WA have dropped off big time with this release by not providing this essential element.
To describe the process as pretty basic is being very condescending. As I only have 1500 members I have gone to MailChimp www.mailchimp.com that supplies a similar and better service for free for numbers under 2000 sending a maximum 12000 per month.
As much as I would like to stick with this product I do not have the time to work it out.
Sorry WA this one is not for me whilst this basic function is missing.
