CSS Form Builder -- Form Function Issue

CSS Form Builder -- Form Function Issue

I bought a super suite a few days ago. And, I got CSS Form Builder installed a couple of days ago. I managed to create a simple contact form with a medium size of HTML editor. When I tried to get this form to send me email once it is submitted inside Form Function, I encountered a problem --- I can not select the "submitted file" inside "Create Email Message: Attachments".

After filling in all the infos for "from", "to". "subject" and then
click "edit" to bring me to "Create Email Message", and
click "attachment" icon to bring me to "Create Email Message: Attachments",
The "Add" icon in this "Create Email Message: Attachments" window always takes me to "Enter Value". It does not allow me to choose the "recordset loop" or "submitted file" ( in which I need to use ).

I am very new to this product and am not having lucks in resolving this issue. Please advise how I shall proceed with this issue.

Thanks and regards.
