FYI, for anyone who reads this, I'm a dummy.

This was not caused by a server upgrade, or by anything to do with Power CMS.

It was caused by me. I'd added some Rewrite rules to the .htaccess a couple of weeks ago and it was causing the query strings to be stripped.

Many thanks to Jason for his patience helping figure out my mistake.
