Data Assist & Google Map Api Key

Hi

I have used Google Maps with Data assist to create an estate agent website with a map showing the address of the properties.

The problem is that I want to sell this website to as many clients as I can. Without having to build it more than once or do much work.

My question is based on the api key that is required for pro Google maps.

I need this site to be quick and easy to install on my clients servers as possible.

I would like to make Google maps run of an api key that is stored in a database.

I want to do this so that I can change the Google api key from the admin CP.

However when I look at the code I cannot see the api Key, or how it has been used if at all.

What I would like to know is, If I leave the Google api key the same, will it work for everyone on different domains?

Is it possible to make the Google map run of an api key that is kept in a database?

Thanks
