Insert/Update forms do not work if included with Framework

When using the DataAssist pages as plugins using the framework, you will need to change the forms action to post to the main plugin page.

your question:

  Since when do we have to put something in the form action?  

is answered simply by saying; Since you are using the DataAssist pages as plugins.

you then say:

  Yes, of course. That is what I have set in the redirect in the extension UI is to redirect to the actual page not the included page.  

the redirect is not the same as the forms action.

the forms action is where the form data is posted. The redirect occurs after the posted form data is processed.
