By the way . . .

At Blunique, I'm paying Standard UK Delivery Charge plus US Shipping Surcharge. Which is probably still not enough $$$.
I'm still experiencing a death march (shipping rules don't register at all), but the concentration is on "why does checkout to PayPal not display transaction/get to account"? I've cross-referenced PHP "input" info and actually am now getting a "Sorry - your last action could not be completed" screen message from PayPal.
I'm hoping to get them on the phone a bit later . . .
