Making a link to product_details page corresponding category

Thread began 2/22/2011 12:54 pm by deafboyz_audio386924 | Last modified 2/22/2011 6:43 pm by deafboyz_audio386924 | 903 views | 4 replies

ok well almost everything im doing with powerstore isnt supported, but thats just cuz i have a totally custom site that requires a lot of modding of the core engines i use. (powerstore)

So if i was going to code it on my own could i do it like this, is it possible with some customization??

what if i made something append to a query string when the fuses link was clicked like

store/Products_Results.php?Search=1&ProductCategoryID[]=16&action= fuses

then in product_results page put some code like

$onLoadAction = $_GET['action'];

onload = code to made the category specified by $onLoadAction load on page load;

would that logic work if i do it right?? would that interfere with the on click event if the user then click on a different category with the query string set like that?
