Rule "Administrator" is no longer defined

Rule "Administrator" is no longer defined

In an attempt to get index.php to launch, I thought I would use Security Assist to see whatever rule restrictions were in place. Imagine my surprise when Dreamweaver reported
"The rule 'Administrator' is no longer defined."

Removing the code if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("Administrator")){
lets the page launch as expected. However, when I call any subsequent pages, they too, do a security check and take me back to the login page.

I know the globals are correct because I can echo them in the index page.

Anyone have an idea why the security check fails on different pages?
