registration and insert data same time

I'm a little unclear

I have not ran DFilePro upload wizard yet for this field so WA Uploaded Files (<Name of file field>) is not avail. to me for <Picture>. But for single file upload (non repeat region) in my form <UploadFile> it works.

Shouldn't the insert record pass the name of the file into my db anyway without DFilePro being run yet? I am just trying not to go forward to fast to mix myself up.
