Power CMS Include error

I have powerCMS installed on a client website hosted with MediaTemple which has been running fine until recently. Nothing has been changed and no updates have been made recently in the admin but I am now getting the following error:

Warning: include(/nfs/c03/h06/mnt/52956/domains/ [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /nfs/c03/h03/mnt/52956/domains/ on line 49

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/nfs/c03/h06/mnt/52956/domains/' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php-5.2.14-2/share/pear') in /nfs/c03/h03/mnt/52956/domains/ on line 49

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_getCMSContent() in /nfs/c03/h03/mnt/52956/domains/ on line 49

The failure appears to be a path issue which is concerning since nothing has changed since the initial installation when everything was working fine.

The site is currently down so if you could provide any insights that would be very helpful.
