No attachment

Sorry to bother you again, but I've followed a tutorial I found but am still stuck. I've created a simple Contact form and then added a file field for an attachment, if desired. The form works great, but there's no attachment.

I added the sb Upload and had UE get both the server directory and filename form the data bindings Upload Files, not the Submitted File option. But the file is not uploading to the uploads/temp directory or being attached to the email so I'm obviously doing something wrong.

I'm not sure I'm even approaching this properly. I don't want to save the file, just attach it to the email. But it looks like I have to do the sb Upload to get UE to send an attachment. All I really want is an email users can add an attachment to.

I've attached the Contact file and corresponding waue file.
