Still get calendar that ends with current date

I may have mis-communicated the problem I'm trying to solve. I'm wanting the popup cal to allow me to select future dates. Currently it stops at the today's date and I am unable to select a future date. Typically the popup calendars will highlight the current date, but allow you to also select a date in the future. For example, to queue up a file to appear on a future date. Thanks.
